American Health Connection has an immediate opportunity for a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist (Remote). The Human Resources Generalist responsibilities include employee relations, new hire onboarding, performance management, benefits, policies/procedures, metric reporting, vendor relations, and payroll. Must be able to work in a collaborative team environment with the ability to multi-task, a high degree of integrity, an ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgement. Strong communication, time management, analytical skills, attention to detail and problem-solving skills to compile and analyze data is crucial for success.

Our healthcare professionals provide these services remotely from home nationwide. Hourly Range: $20.00-30.00 per hour DOE and no benefits for Part-Time status.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the Human Resources department.
- This role will be expected to provide guidance and ensure consistent implementation of HR programs, policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Support the day-to-day employment life cycle from hire to termination, including but not limited to new hire orientation, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management; employee handbook; and responding to general HR queries from employees, managers and company leadership.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Current knowledge of best practices related to employee leave administration (to include FMLA, ADA, Maternity, Paternity and Military), compliance reviews and updates.
- Collaborates with Leadership on completion of specific projects as directed.
- Partner with department leadership regarding payroll functions.
- Compile reports, auditing a
