TEKsystems is hiring a large group of FULLY REMOTE Customer Service Representatives to work for a healthcare client.
These positions are a great opportunity to earn some viable work experience and consists of a fast-moving hiring/onboarding process.
Job Description
·Speaking to Medicare/Medicaid eligibility recipients about their healthcare coverages,
options, and eligibility.
·Assisting consumers with account creation and account management and resetting passwords.
·Must be comfortable with rapidly changing environments and being available to work on special projects as needed.
·Uploading documents while answering calls from consumers.
·Engage with customers over the phone and reply to online chat inquiries
·Updating billing and payment preferences.
·Describing benefits and coverages to customers.
Qualifications
·1-2 years of customer service experience
·Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills are very important
·Ability to prioritize
· Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
·Must be confident, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, professional, polished, organized, and possess
Hours/Shift
Training:
Monday- Friday 9:00am- 5:30PM EST
Shift after training:
Monday- Saturday 7:45am- 8:00pm EST- 8 hour shift between these times, Saturday hours incorporated post November 8am-1pm EST
Pay
14.50/hr. to start- opportunity to earn up to 16/hr. with great attendance and performance in the role
